About Smart Daily Administrators LLC

We are a Daily Money Management firm located in White Plains serving the NY Metropolitan area and
remote clients in other cities and have been in business for 13 years.

Smart Daily Administrators is made up of a team of experienced professionals working in unison to
handle client’s needs.

We act as “Financial Caregivers”, bringing clarity and order to client’s affairs and giving them the
confidence that matters are being taken care of in a professional manner.

Robert Mayetta, the founder of Smart Daily Administrators, has an extensive background in Financial Operations and Organizational Management. He has a degree in Finance and multiple Certifications, including Project Management, Human Resources, is a Certified Daily Money Manager (CDMM) and has a Certification in Fiduciary Management. Prior to Smart Daily Administrators, Robert worked in Financial Services for over 25 years with many of the top financial institutions, holding positions in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Operational Risk Management in Consumer, Small Business and High Net Worth market segments, He’s been a Daily Money Manager for over 13 years. Robert has been an active volunteer and board member for many Non-Profit, Networking and Advocacy Organizations over the years and is currently the President of the American Association of Daily Money Managers for the Greater New York Region.

Alice Fratus-Nodel is a Client Manager, here at Smart Daily Administrators. She helps clients with management of their daily finances, medical insurance issues and submissions, Long Term Care insurance submissions, document organization and special projects.

Alice Fratus-Nodel believes that being in this type of business gives her the opportunity to help elderly clients stay independent and live their lives to the fullest.

In addition to being a Client Manager for Smart Daily Administrators, Alice Fratus-Nodel is our IT Manager and has over 20 years of IT experience.

Alice Fratus-Nodel is a CDMM (Certified Daily Money Manager), she is also a New York State Notary Public. She has a background in IT, HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) as well as Medical Photography. 

Steve came to Smart Daily with a uniquely diverse background ranging from Presentation Graphics to Corporate Litigation. As the Office Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our firm. He also manages many of the tasks and support we do for our clients from the office, especially for those clients that are remote. Steve monitors our client’s transaction activity, ensuring the timely payment of their bills and helps with administrative and special projects. 

Harlan Goldberg is an IRS Enrolled Agent, and holds a Certification in Fiduciary Management, He has over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting, handling returns and accounts for individuals, corporations, partnerships, not-for-profits, trusts and estates. Harlan has worked with Smart Daily Administrators since 2009.

Harlan manages our client Bookkeeping and interactions with our client’s accountants and the IRS. He also helps clients with their budgets and all types of financial reporting. In addition, he offers support to Fiduciaries and can act as one himself.

After years of sales & administrative positions in various industries, JoAnne accepted an opportunity as a Personal Assistant to a retired executive. As time went on, her position as an assistant evolved into one as a live-in Elder Companion and a new career ensued. As her client, and parents, aged, she became acutely aware of the challenges they faced, from navigating medical paperwork to paying bills and taxes. These activities, which were once routine can quickly become overwhelming. Her goal in working as a Daily Money Manager is to help ease the fear and anxiety that our client’s may be living with by taking care of these responsibilities.

JoAnne received a BA in Latin-American Studies and also studied in Medellin, Colombia, during her junior year. She enjoys any opportunity to practice speaking Spanish. Her interest in elder care prompted her to also pursue a lifelong interest in massage therapy and received her certification 2015.
