Fiduciary Responsibility

DMMs have a Fiduciary Responsibility to our clients and know more about their financial affairs
than the other professionals they work with.

One of the pressing needs that many people deal with is who will act on their behalf with
Fiduciary matters.

There are many people that fall into the category of “Solo Agers” or do not have family
nearby, or that they’re close to. Many people have family, but do not necessary want them
filling these roles.

Acting in a Fiduciary capacity is becoming a bigger part of what many DMMs do.

There is no formal Certification in New York State for Fiduciaries.

I and a member of my staff are completing our Certification Training in Professional Fiduciary
Management at California State University Fullerton.
